What data ofertiva.pro processes, why, and what rights you have over it.

Scope
This policy explains how personal data is handled on the ofertiva.pro website. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, including the operator Betsson, which have their own policies.
Data we process
Site forms. The subscription, contact and unsubscribe forms are demonstrative: they run entirely in your browser, send nothing to a server and do not store your email address. If real submission is enabled in future, this policy will be updated before that happens.
Technical browsing data. As with any website, the hosting server may log technical data — IP address, browser type, date and time, page requested — for security and aggregate statistics.

Purpose
Technical data is used to keep the site available and secure, prevent abuse and understand in aggregate which content is useful. We do not sell personal data and do not build individual profiles.
Legal framework
Processing is governed by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326 and its supplementary regulations. The supervisory authority is the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@ofertiva.pro. Under Act No. 25,326, data subjects may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated.
The AAIP, as the supervisory body, handles complaints and claims related to breaches of data protection rules.
Retention
Technical logs are kept for as long as needed for the purposes described above and are then deleted or anonymised.
Minors
This site is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over and does not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.
Third-party links
Clicking an advertising link takes you off this site. The destination operator processes your data under its own privacy policy, which we recommend reading before registering.
Changes
Any amendment will be published on this page with a new update date.
